Ventures

I build things. Sometimes the idea starts with food on a kitchen shelf. Sometimes with a student who can’t land their first tech job. Sometimes with two dogs who changed everything. Here’s what I’m building.

The Flavor Bag

Food, made with intention.

It started simply — homemade pickles and spice mixes, the kind of food that tastes like someone’s kitchen, not a factory. Then came an organic fruits and vegetables subscription for people who care about what they put on the table.

The Flavor Bag is still growing. Next up: a salad subscription in partnership with our dietician Asha, our own coffee and tea brand, a small café, and eventually — a pure South Indian vegetarian restaurant. The vision is clear. We’re just taking it one honest step at a time.

HoppBugs

IT Consulting, done straight.

HoppBugs works with businesses to navigate technology challenges, build better systems, and get things actually moving. The same principles I apply as a TPM — clarity, honest communication, and disciplined execution — are what HoppBugs brings to every engagement.

Retrove

Merchandise with a point of view.

Retrove is a purpose-driven merchandise brand — products designed with intention, for people who want what they carry to stand for something. Not just well-made. Meaningful.

Skills Hub / Net Aim

Train to hire. Not just train.

The gap between education and employment in tech is real — and it’s widening. Skills Hub exists to close it. A train-to-hire platform built around students, giving them the technical skills they need to be genuinely employable. Not just certified. Job-ready.

Because a qualification without opportunity is just a piece of paper.

The PilCoo Foundation

Named after Pilki and Cookie.

Pilki left in March 2025. Cookie followed in May 2026. Two dogs who gave everything and asked for very little in return. The PilCoo Foundation carries their names forward — working in animal welfare, mental health awareness, and eco conservation.

Every other venture on this page, in one way or another, exists to fund and support this one. It is the one that matters most.

All of these ventures are connected by one belief — that building things should mean something beyond the balance sheet. The PilCoo Foundation is where it all points.
